Refund and Returns Policy: SK Web Networks, Our refund and returns policy lasts 48 hours after purchase. If 48 hours after purchase have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, please contact support and read the item descriptions.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Refunds
Once your refund is confirmed by the SK Web Networks billing team, we will send you an email to notify about the status. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
Firstly, if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Secondly, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items subject to refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only change plans if replacement is requested within 24 hours of purchase .On the other hand, if you need to exchange it for the same package category, send us an email at [email protected] and send your current package details and invoice number.
